The Country Inn Vacation Resort Membership offers an accommodation unit of your choice at Country Inn Bhimtal and divides its right of use into weekly intervals.

MEMBERSHIP PERIOD
By becoming a member, you and your family can enjoy one week of exciting holiday every year for a period of 10 years. These vacations can be availed either at Country Inn or can be exchanged with RCI at over 3700 resorts worldwide including over 50 destinations in India.

CHOICE OF SEASON
As a member you are offered the choice of three seasons – Red, White and Blue to go with your choice of apartment type.

Red: is the holidaying season

White: is the supporting season

Blue: is the easy season

PAYMENT PLAN
With a budget to suit every pocket and for your ease and convenience, the membership can be initiated on a very convenient deposit amount and balance can be paid in equated monthly interest free installments (maximum of 24 installments).

RIGHT OF HOLIDAY
Members can start availing benefits after paying 60% of the membership fee, provided there are no arrears on the installment plan.

HOLIDAY USAGE
You are entitled to take a holiday anytime within your season band with priority being given to member(s) who are allotted that particular week.

GIFTING OF WEEK USAGE
Sending you loved ones for their dream holiday was never this easy. You can let your family and friends use your week.

GIFT OR SELL A MEMBERSHIP
What better gift than a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation time to your children with the independence to use it on their own. You can gift, bequeath or sell your membership so long as you hold the valid membership certificate.

SEASON & ACCOMMODATION UPGRADE
Holidays were never this flexible!

Members have the option of upgrading to a holiday in the higher season band or bigger accommodation with a deduction of 2 nights per upgrade of season and/ or unit type. (subject to availability)

WELCOME BREAK
A warm welcome to the Country Inn family is what awaits you with the fantastic offer of a Welcome Break. On receipt of minimum of 30% of your total membership fee you are offered a “Welcome Break” of 3 nights/ 4 days on room only basis at Country Inn Bhimtal. This offer is valid only during first year of occupancy.

HOLIDAY ACCUMULATION
You can pre-pone your holiday by borrowing the next year’s week in the current year. You can also postpone and accumulate your holidays for two years (14 days maximum).

MEMBERSHIP WEEK
You have an option to utilize your membership week/s either with Country Inn or with RCI. Any week deposited with RCI cannot be utilized at Country Inn unless withdrawn from RCI Space Bank Pool. Similarly any week utilized with us cannot be deposited with RCI.

WEEK VALIDITY
Any week not utilized within 2 years of the start date of the week will lapse.

SPLIT WEEK
You can split the usage of your week into 3 days + 4 days provided that the entire 7 days are utilized within the validity of the week and do not cross the maximum accumulation limit.

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES
An Annual Maintenance Fee is payable, in the month of January, on the membership depending on the apartment type. (Service Tax as per GOI guidelines applicable)

INTERNAL EXCHANGE
We believe in giving the best value addition to our members. Our members can take an exchange into the other Country Inn resorts at Mussoorie, Sattal and Kosi. In addition, we have tied up with other resorts and hotels in India to form a wide Internal Exchange Programme (nominal utility charges applicable).

All this comes to you with an exclusive membership of Resort Condominiums International - RCI. The world's largest holiday exchange company is headquartered at Prispanne, New Jersey, USA with Indian headquarters at Bangalore.

It gives you an access to over 3700 exotic resorts across 100 counties worldwide by paying an exchange fee. As a Country Inn member you will be enrolled with RCI for a period of 5 years free of charge and the member may subsequently renew it by paying applicable charges directly to RCI.
